Technical background behind practical aerial work.
Service Drone is led by Emmett Garnish, an FAA Part 107 pilot with a geoscience, remote sensing, UAS, and construction technology background.
Remote sensing background. Practical property work.
Emmett Garnish is the founder and pilot behind Service Drone. He holds an MS in Geoscience from Florida Atlantic University, an FAA Part 107 certificate, and professional experience in UAS operations, remote sensing, construction technology, and property documentation workflows.
Why Service Drone exists
Service Drone is built around useful deliverables rather than flying for the sake of flying. The objective is to provide clean capture, organized documentation, honest limitations, and media that helps a client explain, inspect, market, or understand a property.
Primary lanes include FPV marketing, thermal-capable imaging, aerial inspection documentation, mapping-ready capture, and 3D modelling support.

Built on more than a flight app.
The technical background matters because the deliverable has to survive contact with real property decisions.
FAA Part 107
Commercial UAS operations performed by an FAA-certificated remote pilot.
MS Geoscience
Academic grounding in geoscience, spatial thinking, imagery, and remote sensing.
Construction Technology
Experience supporting UAS and IT workflows in construction contracting and property documentation.
